The position is responsible for developing and managing transfer and career programming that empowers students to achieve their academic and professional aspirations. This role also oversees the management and optimization of student success platforms related to career, transfer, and Early Alert processes, ensuring they are effectively utilized to enhance student outcomes and provide timely support for at-risk students. Additionally, the role supports the coordination of communications to current students, fostering engagement and awareness of key opportunities and resources. By leading data analytics efforts to assess objectives and key results, the position provides actionable insights for departments and projects reporting to the Vice President of Student Success. Through innovation, collaboration, and data-informed strategies, this role plays a critical part in creating a seamless and supportive student success experience. This role involves occasional travel across the district, as needed.

The Program Assistant also manages Blumen data entry, oversees front desk operations, tracks data, submits requisitions, tracks expenditures, schedules appointments, orders supplies and equipment, processes the mail, answers the phone, compiles information for reports, and provides information about TRIO student programs and events. |
