The helpdesk student worker will provide technical and network problem resolution to end-users (customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. The position requires providing direct technical customer support via telephone, chat, email, remote tools, or in person. Including, but are not limited to, resolving authentication problems, basic software support, verifying proper hardware and software set-up, power cycling, navigating college applications, print related issues, and troubleshooting email issues. Support will be provided in a user-friendly, professional manner. |

Part Time-Clerk (The Scene Student Newspaper)

| Performs administrative duties of moderate complexity. The clerical position at The Scene student newspaper is a 10 to15 hours a week, part-time temporary position. The clerk is primarily responsible for connecting with advertisers, receiving and proofreading ads, uploading website content, and preparing production schedules. They are also responsible for coordinating with the advisers and department chair to ensure scholarship and pay disbursements are completed accurately. In addition to the above mentioned duties, the clerk will also maintain the office space by holding set office hours, answering and returning e-mail and phone messages, and maintaining the appropriate files. Lastly, the clerk will ensure the newspapers are delivered throughout campus, coordinate specific events as discussed with the advisers, and contribute stories and photos when needed. |

| The Student Enrollment Specialist is the point of contact to current and prospective students on a wide range of services on all programs and courses offered by the College. Provides information and appropriate services for current and prospective students throughout the enrollment and registration process, including admissions, placement testing, applying for financial aid, advising, and registration. Operating under best practices from national organizations such as NACAC and NAFSAA the Enrollment Service Counselor main function is to provide a seamless and integrated levels of service utilizing the CRM Recruit, BANNER, and other systems to assist and document the student’s enrollment path. |
