Specialist, Online Student Services Corporate College
The Online Student Services Specialist is student centered, provides exceptional customer service for distance learners, provides student support for the entire process of distance learning. Prioritizes communication and engagement to enhance the overall experience for online learners. This position will support a broad range of services designed to ensure the engagement, retention, success and completion of fully online students by providing students consistent and deliberate academic mentoring and assisting distance learners with technology/LMS navigation via the current learning management system and video conferencing.
Supervisor, Academic Success & Tutoring (Industrial Occupations, Business, & Culinary) District-Wide
The Supervisor, Academic Success & Tutoring will assist with recruiting, hirirng, and supervising of tutors for the specified campus or district including scheduling, timekeeping, evaluation, and training. The Supervisor will track and report on student use of services and ensure tutor availability to meet the demands of the students. This position will assist the Manager, Academic Success & Tutoring with resolution of student issues. Additionally, the Supervisor will serve as a tutor for a minimum of 5 hours per week and as needed serve as a representative on Course of Record or other course development projects to provide expertise in Academic Success & Tutoring supplemental content. This position collaborates with the Academic Success & Tutoring Manager to develop, propose, and manage for the Academic Success & Tutoring Manager.
Research & Data Analyst Forest Park Campus
Position provides technical expertise within the research department to produce specifications, documentation, and training in development and structure of the data warehouse, the business intelligence decision support system, and other technical solutions. Serves as the lead department liaison with information technology in implementing and maintaining department technology. Position extracts, transforms, analyzes, and reports institutional data using various software tools and processes to meet reporting needs of the institution. Responsible for the validation of department reports and developing/maintaining reporting standards to ensure data accuracy and report functionality. Collaborates with functional units of the college to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and integrity with regards to data gathering, reporting systems, and analysis.

Associate Vice Chancellor, Employer & Workforce Solutions Corporate College
Serves as the college leader for economic and workforce development and is responsible for the overall development and management of corporate and community workforce development, continuing professional development and personal enrichment education. Develops and manages the college’s entrepreneurial initiatives designed to respond to economic development and training needs of the local, regional, and national workforce. Oversees the grants department in efforts to secure external funding for the college in partnership with the STLCC Foundation. Supervisor - College Prep Forest Park Campus
The Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing the College Prep program on the Forest Park campus. Responsibilities include recruiting, scheduling, training, and supervising tutors, and promoting the program through internal and external presentations. Collaborating closely with the District Manager, this role will also involve policy implementation. Additionally, the Supervisor will serve as a tutor in one of the core subject areas (Math, Reading, and/or English), directly assisting students with onboarding, evaluation, tutoring, and program completion. Furthermore, the Supervisor will advocate for students by collaborating with faculty to enhance student readiness for college-level coursework in math, reading, and English.

Program Assistant, TRIO Upward Bound Forest Park Campus
*This position is on-campus M-F 8am-4:30pm* The TRIO Program Assistant is responsible for providing clerical, administrative, and project support to the TRIO department. They maintain a current knowledge of appropriate TRIO policies, processes, and procedures to assure efficiency and integrity of the office. They maintain student files as well as records of student and program services. The Program Assistant also manages Blumen data entry, oversees front desk operations, tracks data, submits requisitions, tracks expenditures, schedules appointments, orders supplies and equipment, processes the mail, answers the phone, compiles information for reports, and provides information about TRIO student programs and events.

Administrator, Oracle & Database Systems Corporate College
Performs duties necessary to administer and coordinate the institution’s enterprise relational database management systems. Duties include administering Oracle database systems, systems security, system performance monitoring and tuning, establish operational standards, and recommend hardware and software upgrades. Project Coordinator, Community Health Worker Program District-Wide
Under the direction of the Grant Project Director and Sr. Health Program Manager, this position performs all duties necessary to coordinate the grant(s) and CHW program including but not limited to coordinating related budgets; preparing and submitting all required reports; maintaining contact with applicable external state and national agencies and organizations; representing the College and maintaining relationships with external agencies related to the Community Health Worker (CHW) program; and providing support for program data management and communication. Under the grant(s) STLCC will expand the public health workforce by training new CHWs which will aid HRSA in improving access to quality health services, improve health equity and enhance population health.
Student Success Advisor District-Wide
Provides comprehensive and proactive advising, educational guidance, career and transfer planning services and assistance for students from entry to completion. Such activities include, but are not limited to, engaging students in academic planning, interpreting assessments, clarifying their career and transfer goals, and providing them with referrals to resources to serve them holistically.
