Participates in designing, delivering, evaluating and improving services to students and faculty in support of the learning programs of the College.
Part Time District Manager, Student Service Compliance & Reporting Corporate College
Coordinates projects and work assignments, and manages the District Processing team along with the Campus Based and Grant Coordinator and the Loans and Scholarship Coordinator. Serves as the District Student Service Compliance officer and will be responsible for investigating and responding to student service issues for the District. Works with the Campus Lead Counselors to resolve student processing issues and compliance issues. Responsible for preparing Federal and State reports (FISAP, IPEDS). Complete monthly reconciliation of all Federal funds. Development of institutional policy to comply with federal and state regulations. Interpreting regulations related to student aid eligibility. Provide oversite and complete the preparation for the annual institutional A-133 audit process. Complete the federal research and respond to compliance issues that include student complaints. Serves as the Chair for the District Financial Aid Appeals Committee responsible for granting or denying student appeals for initial aid or termination. Responsible for Return of Title IV refund calculations, reconciliations, and return of funds. Provides data to determine matrices for training and potential compliance issues for the district.

Training Facilitator Corporate College

Upward Bound Facilitator Forest Park Campus
Upward Bound Facilitators provide guidance, instruction, and support for supplemental high school academic sessions. Working hours vary during the academic year (around 16 hours a month including two Saturdays) and during the summers work hours are generally from 8:45 a.m.-11:00 a.m. for literature and foreign languages and 11:45 to 2:15 for math and science. Work-study facilitators usually work from 2:30 p.m.-4:00 p.m., Monday – Thursday, if needed.
Lead Instructor Digital Marketing Analyst Forest Park Campus
STLCC Workforce Solutions Group Division is seeking a highly motivated person who will serve as the Lead Instructor for its Digital Marketing Training in partnership with Generation USA. This is a full-time educational experience for students wanting to get started as a Digital Marketing Analyst. The training is 12 weeks long, with class sizes between 25-30 students.
