Information Technology - Student Worker Wildwood Campus
The IT student worker will provide technical and network problem resolution to end-users (customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. The position requires providing direct technical customer support via telephone, chat, email, remote tools, or in person. Including, but are not limited to, resolving authentication problems, basic software support, verifying proper hardware and software set-up, power cycling, navigating college applications, print related issues, and troubleshooting email issues. Support will be provided in a user-friendly, professional manner.
Administrative Secretary II - Division of Nursing Forest Park Campus, District-Wide
Performs duties necessary to ensure effective office operations by overseeing division office staff and providing a diverse range of administrative support functions; tracks division office supply and service budgets; oversees the completion of payroll and the input of class schedules; compiles statistical data; maintains complex recordkeeping and filing systems; prepares forms, logs, schedules, and memoranda. Occasional travel between the four college campus programs.

Business Services Specialist / Cashier - (Internal only) Corporate College
Performs duties necessary to provide an effective operation of Campus or Corporate College business offices. Serves as campus/Corporate College cashier and resource person for Banner Finance, Human Resources, Purchasing, Payroll, and adherence to Board policies and procedures. Provides quality customer service to college employees and/or students by answering questions and assisting in the resolution of problems regarding college business operations. Performs duties necessary to complete accounting transactions by analyzing, tabulating, and balancing various accounts to ensure financial records are kept current and accurate. Responsible for collecting fees, miscellaneous obligations, remove payments from student records and notify proper departments of payments.
Educational Assistant II Forest Park Campus
Participates in designing, delivering, evaluating and improving services to students and faculty in support of the learning programs of the College.
Part Time District Manager, Student Service Compliance & Reporting Corporate College
Coordinates projects and work assignments, and manages the District Processing team along with the Campus Based and Grant Coordinator and the Loans and Scholarship Coordinator. Serves as the District Student Service Compliance officer and will be responsible for investigating and responding to student service issues for the District. Works with the Campus Lead Counselors to resolve student processing issues and compliance issues. Responsible for preparing Federal and State reports (FISAP, IPEDS). Complete monthly reconciliation of all Federal funds. Development of institutional policy to comply with federal and state regulations. Interpreting regulations related to student aid eligibility. Provide oversite and complete the preparation for the annual institutional A-133 audit process. Complete the federal research and respond to compliance issues that include student complaints. Serves as the Chair for the District Financial Aid Appeals Committee responsible for granting or denying student appeals for initial aid or termination. Responsible for Return of Title IV refund calculations, reconciliations, and return of funds. Provides data to determine matrices for training and potential compliance issues for the district.
Instructor II / Assistant Professor - Foreign Language Florissant Valley Campus
St. Louis Community College is seeking excellent candidates for foreign language (Spanish) faculty position to start in August of 2022. This position is part of a district-wide discipline housed on the Florissant Valley Campus of St. Louis Community College but will teach courses at campuses across the district. Faculty are members of the certificated staff, including department chairs, who are assigned for instruction, student services or instructional resources for not less than 50% of their total assignment. Faculty load involves the sum of all activities in which a College teacher is expected to be engaged that are related to professional duties and responsibilities. Faculty are expected to remain current with their instructional fields or disciplines through a planned program of professional development activities and to update and revise their course outlines and materials to reflect changes in content and/or methodology. Child and Family Development Assistant Florissant Valley Campus
The Child and Family Development Assistant performs duties necessary to teach and care for infant through twelve-year-old children, provides support and constant communication with families, and serves as a model for college students (specifically in Child and Family Development). This position is a floater position that may be scheduled in any room in the Child Development Laboratory Center, including the infant/toddler rooms, two/three-year-old rooms, and preschool rooms.

Director, Academic Success & Tutoring Wildwood Campus
The Director of Academic Success & Tutoring provides leadership and support for Academic Success Services & Tutoring initiatives across the College district. The Director will serve as the Wildwood Manager of Academic Success and Tutoring and Online Academic Support. The Director supports and serves as a critical resource for the district in the operation and delivery of key initiatives that further the College's goals of increasing retention and graduation rates through enhanced academic tutoring and success services. Tutor - Upward Bound Forest Park Campus
.Tutors are responsible for assisting students with the academic challenges they encounter while taking college preparatory classes. Tutors will be responsible for assisting teachers and high school students in classroom learning. Tutors are responsible for assisting students in completing assignments and assisting with student field trips and other program activities. Tutors must be willing to attend weekly staff meetings and perform other job-related duties as assigned. Laboratory Technician Wildwood Campus
This position will perform duties necessary to assist instructors in the development, testing, and application of equipment or experiments for laboratory use. Some major task include preparing, setting up and maintaining the WW science labs, monitoring the lab equipment, preparing media and solutions, culture and monitoring, ordering lab supplies and keeping track, supervising and ensuring lab safety issues along with other duties related to the lab.
