Serves as subject-matter expert on budget and business processes for Student Affairs. Monitors district student affairs budgets and grants to ensure good financial management and compliance. Provides managerial oversight of the district's annual budget process for Student Affairs.
College Police Officer Meramec Campus, Wildwood Campus
Performs duties necessary to provide a safe and physically secure campus environment; provides peer officers, supervisors, and college officials with effective and accurate verbal/written communications related to duties; interacts with various members of the public with an impartial and professional demeanor; operates public safety vehicles in emergency & non-emergency conditions; and facilitates the operation of emergency notification systems; provides crisis response capabilities under the guidelines of emergency management operational procedures.
Coordinator - Dual Credit/Enrollment Partnerships Florissant Valley Campus
- Assists with developing, implementing, and managing effective concurrent enrollment initiatives. - Works directly with campus and school district teams to serve students in ways that create and promote coherent pathways to postsecondary degree attainment or skilled-level credentials. - Provides school district partners with concurrent enrollment services for a portion of the College service area. - Collaborates with multiple departments and units within the College to provide consistent and excellent student-focused service, leadership, and support. - Provides campus and College-wide information on Dual Credit/Enrollment policy, promotion, and practice. - Assists in the delivery of College-wide initiatives directed to dual credit/enrollment students, including information sessions and new student workshops/orientation. - In collaboration with campus teams, builds new dual credit/enrollment opportunities and works with students participating in dual credit and early college programs. - Facilitates vetting new dual credit instructors.
Assessment Specialist Meramec Campus
Performs duties necessary to execute the testing functions of the Campus Testing Center: administers, scores, interprets assessment tests; analyzes data; conducts workshops. Performs normal supervisory functions.
Student Recruiter I Florissant Valley Campus

Media Associate Forest Park Campus
Performs duties in one or more media functional areas necessary to provide acquisitions, circulation, production, telecommunications, and other media services. Schedules and circulates materials and equipment; performs routine maintenance on materials and equipment; conducts inventory; provides equipment set-ups, performs routine audio and videotape duplication; maintains appropriate records and files. Training Facilitator I-Healthcare Corporate College
Workforce Solutions Group (WSG) division is in need of part-time Medical Assistant instructors to prepare existing and new employees for certified Medical Assistant roles in local health organizations. Instructional hours for day instructors are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm and include lecture and skills lab instruction. Instructors hours are flexible and can vary from 8 hours to 30 hours weekly. Training occurs at all locations including Corporate College, Forest Park, and William J. Harrison Education Center. Communications Specialist Corporate College
Under the guidance of the Marketing and Communications Manager, Workforce Solutions Group, the Communications Specialist will develop and implement Workforce Solutions Group’s email communications and campaigns, manage and grow email databases, and provide light graphic design work to support the department’s marketing and communications initiatives. Federal Work Study District-Wide
This is a District wide position- As a Federal work-study student you will be in a supportive role providing assistance as needed depending on the assigned department. These jobs are considered financial assistance and have limited funding. Students who have not completed the FAFSA and enrolled cannot be reviewed for eligibility or placement. Research and Data Analyst Forest Park Campus
Position provides technical expertise within the research department to produce specifications, documentation, and training in development and structure of the data warehouse, the business intelligence decision support system, and other technical solutions. Serves as the lead department liaison with information technology in implementing and maintaining department technology. Position extracts, transforms, analyzes, and reports institutional data using various software tools and processes to meet reporting needs of the institution. Responsible for the validation of department reports and developing/maintaining reporting standards to ensure data accuracy and report functionality. Collaborates with functional units of the college to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and integrity with regards to data gathering, reporting systems, and analysis.
