Enrollment Services Counselor I Wildwood Campus
The Student Enrollment Specialist is the point of contact to current and prospective students on a wide range of services on all programs and courses offered by the College. Provides information and appropriate services for current and prospective students throughout the enrollment and registration process, including admissions, placement testing, applying for financial aid, advising, and registration. Operating under best practices from national organizations such as NACAC and NAFSAA the Enrollment Service Counselor main function is to provide a seamless and integrated levels of service utilizing the CRM Recruit, BANNER, and other systems to assist and document the student’s enrollment path.
Student Worker - IT Forest Park Campus
*Must be a current STLCC Student or enrolled for Fall 2024* The IT student worker will provide technical and network problem resolution to end-users (customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. The position requires providing direct technical customer support via telephone, chat, email, remote tools, or in person. Including, but are not limited to, resolving authentication problems, basic software support, verifying proper hardware and software set-up, power cycling, navigating college applications, print related issues, and troubleshooting email issues. Support will be provided in a user-friendly, professional manner.
Adjunct Faculty - English as a Second Language - ESL Meramec Campus
The English Department/ESL Program at STLCC is seeking a part time temporary ESL instructor to begin August 2024. The Fall semester teaching assignment will be at the Florissant Valley campus, but with the possibility of additional classes at Meramec or the Forest Park Campus. Preference will be given to those with community college experience in teaching English as a second or third language. The desired candidate will have a Master’s degree or higher in TESOL, Linguistics or other related field. The new ESL temporary faculty will have experience teaching academic writing, low intermediate to advanced grammar and English listening and pronunciation skills. The successful candidate will be confident using technology and practice varied teaching techniques. The new temporary faculty will reach students where they are and guide them to the next level of English in the four skill areas.

The Supervisor, Nursing and Health Sciences will recruit, hire, and supervise tutors for the specified campus including scheduling, timekeeping, evaluation, and training. The Supervisor will track and report on student use of services and ensure tutor availability to meet the demands of the students. This position will assist the MetaMajor manager with resolution of student issues. Additionally, the Supervisor will serve as a tutor for a minimum of 5 hours per week and as needed serve as a representative on Course of Record or other course development projects to provide expertise in AS&T supplemental content. This position collaborates with the MetaMajor Manager to develop, propose, and manage budget requirements for the STEM MetaMajor. *Openings are available both at the Florissant Valley and Forest park Campus. *This position is subject to board approval and hire dates will be on or after 7/1/

The Supervisor, South County and Design & Creative Arts will recruit, hire, and supervise tutors for the district in Design & Creative Arts including scheduling, timekeeping, evaluation, and training. The Supervisor, STEM will recruit, hire, and supervise tutors for the specified campus including scheduling, timekeeping, evaluation, and training. District-Wide Financial Aid Processing Spec II District-Wide
The District Processing Specialist II is responsible for processing all Federal, state, and institutional aid, including Federal Pell Grants, Supplemental Opportunity Grants, Federal Direct Student Loans, Missouri A-Plus, Missouri Access, Bright Flight Grants, Foundation Scholarships, and institutional scholarships. They must be knowledgeable about regulations and work closely with District Financial Aid Managers and the Director to ensure accurate, timely processing. They review student academic progress to determine eligibility for financial aid, meet processing times, assist in student appeals, and resolve over awards. They review student applications for potential conflicting information, approve student financial aid eligibility based on the BANNER system, and communicate with lender personnel, secondary markets, guarantee agencies, and other schools to determine eligibility. As a District-wide Processing Specialist II, they will also be part of the Student Affairs Communication team for financial aid, which may require additional training and certifications.

Enrollment Operation Manager Forest Park Campus
Provides leadership and management to ensure the entire enrollment operations process functions effectively and works in support of and successfully meets the goals and needs of campus Enrollment Services staff. Serves as the expert for the enrollment operations area. The operations area is responsible for processing all credit applications (degree-seeking and non-degree-seeking) for admission, data-entry of high school and college transcripts, and processing any updates to a student’s record (i.e., data corrections, Student Type Changes, Regular Student Status Corrections etc.) Serves as the district-wide expert in enrollment operations with oversight of all admission processes in Banner and the document imaging system (BDM).
