Coordinator - Student Recruiting Florissant Valley Campus, Wildwood Campus
The Coordinator of Student Recruiting will work as a part of the District recruiting team under the leadership of the Director of Recruitment and Outreach. The coordinator performs duties necessary to plan, coordinate and integrate activities associated with student recruitment and enrollment at the College.
Project Associate II Florissant Valley Campus
This Project Associate II is a new position but is integral to the award-winning STLCC Center for Plant and Life Sciences’ (CPLS) customized technical and accelerated life science technical training efforts. This key position will primarily work in the labs and offices at the BRDG Park location (1005 N Warson Rd in Creve Coeur) and lead and support CPLS technical training programs. In addition to supporting the mission and vision of STLCC, the successful candidate is: • enthusiastic in promoting, leading, and supporting the trainings and events held at and supported by CPLS, • self-motivated, highly organized, and determined, • proactive and agile in setting priorities, • resourceful, resilient, and persistent, • able to enlist personnel in district departments, campus departments and administration to achieve results, and • resolute in following Board of Trustees and College policy and assisting CPLS staff in following the same, all while being welcoming to CPLS students, faculty, industry partners, vendors, and visitors. A typical day might find this team member performing or participating in any of: • delivering CPLS technical trainings, • prepping for training lab activities, • developing and planning lab + lecture + reinforcement activities for new technical training programs, • working on continuous improvement and expansion efforts, • seeking and testing benchtop labs and kits for potential training use, • exploring CPLS lab equipment and instrumentation for potential training use, • promoting and disseminating details of CPLS training offerings at events and through social media outlets, • assisting in monitoring CPLS training program budgets and supporting purchasing and receiving activity.
Adjunct Faculty - Speech & Theatre Forest Park Campus

General Counsel/Chief Legal Officer Corporate College
Provides comprehensive general counsel and legal services to the College on broad range of legal and regulatory matters. Represents the College and works with outside counsel on various administrative and court proceedings. Provides legal advice, representation, and implementation services to the College through the Chancellor, Board of Trustees, and other College officers and administrators. Monitors the College’s adherence to city, county, state, and federals laws; drafts and reviews legal documents; provides in-service training, and coordinates College legal services. Performs normal supervisory functions as assigned.
Senior Accountant Corporate College
The Senior Accountant’s objective is to record the financial impact of ongoing events and transactions, within the appropriate fund, in a manner that is consistent with generally accepted accounting principles; perform duties necessary to monitor the College’s financial activities; stay abreast of transactions that have a financial impact and that require financial statement reporting; assist the Assistant Controller/Manager of Accounting with reporting the College’s monthly, quarterly and annual financial position as well seasonal assignments such as the annual tax rate setting and the external audit.

Lead Learning Experience Consultant Meramec Campus
Uses knowledge of learning theory, best practices in teaching, and instructional technologies to design effective learning experiences for all types of course and training delivery modalities. Serves as a consultant for creating assessment strategies, developing content that is universally accessible for all learners, and implementing technologies that enhance learning activities. Develops processes based on researched best practices for course development and design and serves as the project manager for collaborative course developments across the district. Serves as a first point of contact for all faculty members on instructional technology use and questions. Tests new and emerging instructional technologies and participates in train-the-trainer sessions to become expertly skilled in technologies used by the department. Provides in-person and virtual training and support to faculty and students across the district using instructional technologies and develops print, graphic, and multimedia training materials for 24/7 access. Serves as the LEAD Learning Experience Consultant (LEC) for the department by assisting the Executive Director in facilitating workflows, managing processes for LEC recruitment, training and mentoring, and serving as the first point of contact for all LEC questions in regard to policies and procedures. The LEAD Learning Experience Consultant should be self-motivated, able to prioritize work, create reports and track analytical data. Many times, this position works independently to accomplish work tasks and goals set by the Executive Director of Online Education. In addition to course design and consultation, work tasks include managing standard operating procedures and training opportunities for LECs, as well as creating/maintaining onboarding processes and mentoring/evaluating new LECS within the department.
Student Recruiter I Florissant Valley Campus
Plans and implements recruitment activities: facilitates programs with local schools, organizations, institutions and businesses. Guides and facilitates the admission and enrollment steps for prospective, new, and continuing students by processing and maintaining accurate records and responding to inquiries from students, faculty, and staff via email, chat, phone, and in-person
Child & Family Development Assistant Forest Park Campus
Assist in the implementation of child care service at the CDLC at Forest Park Campus.
Coordinator, eSports Program South County Campus
This position provides supervision and coaching for the eSports program and all game offerings it encompasses. Recruits student-athletes, directs and manages practices, coordinates competitions and game day operations, organizes potential travel schedules, and supervises team conduct during competition, travel, tournaments, practices, and other events where the eSports team is represented. Fosters a positive team atmosphere and supports student athletes’ academic progress, retention, and graduation, through mentoring activities and referral to appropriate support services.
Post Secondary Interpreter (I, II, or III) District-Wide
Interpret in American Sign Language and other sign language modes as required by individual students, and facilitate communication between faculty, staff, and students.
