Enrollment Processing Specialist Meramec Campus
This position serves as a member of a cross-functional enrollment processing team. Primarily located at the Meramec campus. While it may be assigned specific day-to-day processing duties, the expectation of this position is to be skilled in the ability to perform all basic enrollment processes necessary to support the admission, registration, and retention of students through completion of educational goals. Responsible for interacting with students, staff, faculty and public in a pleasant, tactful, and courteous manner that represents a student-centered philosophy, supportive of providing an exceptional student experience.
Childcare Teacher II Florissant Valley Campus
Performs duties necessary to develop and implement learning opportunities for children ages 6 weeks to Pre-K. Train and supervise college students while providing on-site instruction; assist college students to achieve educational objectives referred by the academic departments (specifically Child and Family Development). Provide support and constant communication with families and college students promoting successful outcomes.
Compensation Analyst Corporate College
The compensation analyst supports, analyzes, and develops compensation programs, pay structures, and competitive pay practices, and provides day-to-day compensation maintenance, expertise, and support, to the college. The position performs duties necessary to provide professional and technical service in the design, implementation, communication, and coordination of the College's compensation, position evaluation, and classification programs while maintaining accuracy and compliance with policies, procedures, and joint resolutions.
Executive Director of Financial Reporting Corporate College
Performs duties necessary to direct the management of District's Procurements, Payments, General Accounting Staff, and Grant Accounting personnel including responsibility for financial reporting, tax compliance and along with the College Controller, maintenance of the District's automated accounting and budget reporting systems. Provides ongoing reports on the status of actual revenues and expenditures and variances from budget. Performs normal supervisory functions related to fixed asset accounting and provides guidance to accounting and other College personnel regarding Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Oversees the application and implementation of new and revised GASB pronouncements and other promulgated accounting requirements necessary to prepare financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Provides oversight of Grant Accounting submissions to various State and Federal Agencies. Works directly with and coordinates interaction of audit field work with outside auditors. Prepares draft financial footnotes, financial statements, and Management discussion and Analysis for the College’s audited financial statements. Prepares quarterly financial reporting including variance analysis for board presentations. Completes and files all applicable regulatory filings and tax returns of the College and the College foundation.
Instructor II/Assistant Professor - History Forest Park Campus
The Department of Social Science - Humanities at St. Louis Community College, Forest Park Campus seeks applications for a continuing full-time faculty position at the rank of Instructor II/Assistant Professor in History to begin Fall Semester 2024, with a specialization in United States History. Other specializations in African American History or World history. The new History faculty member will be expected to teach, mentor students, fulfill some administrative duties within the Social Science-Humanities Department, and serve on campus committees. Part of the teaching load must be at the St Louis County Jail, and part may also be online or face-to-face. The person hired for the position must include their workload at the St. Louis County Jail for the Progress Attained through College Education (PACE) program. Must also attend the required training to work for the PACE program. The PACE program allows students the opportunity to take most of their CORE 42 coursework (minus the lab science classes) at the jail. The courses are listed as 8-week courses to allow for the greatest completion timeline where the morning classes begin at 8:00 a.m. and end by 11:00 a.m., and the afternoon classes begin at 2:30 p.m. and end at 3:45 p.m.

Counselor, TRIO Upward Bound Forest Park Campus
Serves students in the TRIO Upward Bound program, a federally funded grant designed to support limited income and potentially first-generation students in reaching their academic goals including high school and college graduation. Upward Bound Counselors work in area high schools (Soldan High School, Roosevelt High School & Confluence Prep Academy) and provide advising and mentoring, assist in course selection, assist students and families in applying for federal financial aid and scholarships, and assist students in identifying and applying to post-secondary institutions. Counselors also plan and implement cultural enrichment activities, college tours, Saturday classes, and organize a six-week summer program.

This position is responsible for monitoring the STLCC fitness areas on either the Florissant Valley, Forest Park, and/or Meramec campuses. Individuals holding this position are responsible for providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all users; with the ability to solve on-the-job issues and provide excellent customer service when assisting patrons.
Instructor II / Assistant Professor - Mathematics Forest Park Campus
Teach a wide range of courses for the Forest Park Math Department including both developmental and college-level curriculum. Assists in maintaining instructional equipment, helps develop curriculum, and participates in department and college committees. Teaching schedule varies between day, evening, and/or weekends. *You must be a current STLCC student to apply* The IT student worker will provide technical and network problem resolution to end-users (customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. The position requires providing direct technical customer support via telephone, chat, email, remote tools, or in person. Faculty - Psychology Florissant Valley Campus
Saint Louis Community College-Florissant Valley seeks energetic and enthusiastic candidates for a full-time, continuing faculty position in Psychology to start August- Fall 2024. The hire will be made at the level of Instructor II or Assistant Professor, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and teaching experience. Preference will be given to those with community college teaching experience who also demonstrate excellence in online teaching. The successful candidate will demonstrate a student-centered approach as well as continual learning in their own field of expertise.
