Lifeguard Forest Park Campus
The lifeguard plays a crucial role in maintaining a secure and enjoyable aquatic environment for all patrons. The primary focus of this position is to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals using our pool facilities. Duties include enforcing pool rules and regulations, promptly responding to emergencies, screening participants, and collaborating with a team of lifeguards during special events.
Student Activities Asst II Forest Park Campus
The TRIO Student Activities Assistant is responsible for providing clerical, administrative, and project support to the TRIO department. They maintain a current knowledge of appropriate college and academic policies, processes, and procedures to assure efficiency and integrity of the office. The Student Activities Assistant manages front desk operations, performs word processing, maintains databases and files, tracks data, budgets, and expenditures, schedules appointments, orders supplies and equipment, processes the mail, answers the phone, compiles information for reports, and provides information about TRIO student programs and events.

Under general supervision, in a 12/5 in-bound call center and walk up support environment, Support Technician I will provide technical and network problem resolution to end-users (customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. The position requires providing direct technical customer support via telephone, chat, email, remote tools, or in-person at walk up desk locations. Including, but are not limited to, resolving authentication problems, basic software support, verifying proper hardware and software set-up, power cycling, navigating college applications, print related issues, and troubleshooting email issues.
