Supervisor, Academic Success & Tutoring (Industrial Occupations, Business, & Culinary) in District-Wide

The Supervisor, Academic Success & Tutoring will assist with recruiting, hirirng, and supervising of tutors for the specified campus or district including scheduling, timekeeping, evaluation, and training. The Supervisor will track and report on student use of services and ensure tutor availability to meet the demands of the students. This position will assist the Manager, Academic Success & Tutoring with resolution of student issues. Additionally, the Supervisor will serve as a tutor for a minimum of 5 hours per week and as needed serve as a representative on Course of Record or other course development projects to provide expertise in Academic Success & Tutoring supplemental content. This position collaborates with the Academic Success & Tutoring Manager to develop, propose, and manage for the Academic Success & Tutoring Manager.

Serves as the college leader for economic and workforce development and is responsible for the overall development and management of corporate and community workforce development, continuing professional development and personal enrichment education. Develops and manages the college’s entrepreneurial initiatives designed to respond to economic development and training needs of the local, regional, and national workforce. Oversees the grants department in efforts to secure external funding for the college in partnership with the STLCC Foundation. Exercises authority consistent with Board Policies, Administrative Procedures, and applicable federal and state mandates in the administration of these programs and services.

Faculty- Child & Family Development, Temporary in Florissant Valley Campus

Candidates should apply only if they are able to be physically present and available to work onsite by the start date (January 12, 2026).**** STLCC is seeking a full-time faculty member for our Child and Family Development Center (early childhood education). Faculty are members of the certificated staff, including department chairs, who are assigned for instruction, student services or instructional resources for not less than 50% of their total assignment. Faculty load involves the sum of all activities in which a College teacher is expected to be engaged that are related to professional duties and responsibilities. Faculty are expected to remain current with their instructional fields or disciplines through a planned program of professional development activities and to update and revise their course outlines and materials to reflect changes in content and/or methodology.
