Adjunct Faculty - Ceramics Forest Park Campus
We're hiring an Adjunct for the Spring 2025 semester at Forest Park campus. We are looking for an energetic, people-oriented instructor to teach one to two beginning, intermediate and advanced ceramics classes.
Adjunct Faculty - Theatre Technical Director Meramec Campus
Adjunct Technical Director - Spring and Fall 2025- Oversees the operation of the technical aspects of a theatrical production including artistic, and personnel supervision. Designs, constructs, mounts and manages major theatre productions. Provides technical support for productions, and training of theatre systems to students. Responsible for insuring safety on set and when operating technical equipment.
Manager, TRIO (Student Support Services) Florissant Valley Campus
Provides leadership, planning, and supervision to the federally funded TRIO Student Support Services program, a federally funded grant designed to support low income, first generation, and students with disabilities in reaching their academic goals including college persistence and graduation. Plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate program services and activities to ensure grant objectives are being met. Oversee TRIO Student Support Services project for continuous improvement. Manage identification, selection, assessment, and notification process for student participants. Plans and conducts retention-directed activities and events including Peer Mentoring and Peer Tutoring programming. Plans and coordinates promotion of the program to a variety of stake holders. Coordinate with college departments including purchasing, finance and accounting, human resources, marketing and information to ensure that program goals are met. Ensure the fulfillment of grant objectives, prepare and submit Annual Performance Reports to U.S. Department of Education, and develop regular reports for District Director of TRIO Programs. Program liaison to TRIO conferences, trainings, US Department of Education Program Officer, campus committees and meetings. Perform any other duties as required in fulfillment of the project.
Associate Tutor, Upward Bound Forest Park Campus
Tutors are responsible for assisting students with the academic challenges they encounter while taking college preparatory classes. Tutors will be responsible for assisting teachers and high school students in classroom learning. Tutors are responsible for assisting students in completing assignments and other program activities. Tutors must be willing to work two Saturdays each month, attend staff meetings and perform other job-related duties as assigned. Tutors must be proficient in one of the following subject areas: English, math (algebra through pre-calculus), Science (biology and/or chemistry), foreign language (Spanish, French, or Latin).
Lifeguard Forest Park Campus
The lifeguard plays a crucial role in maintaining a secure and enjoyable aquatic environment for all patrons. The primary focus of this position is to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals using our pool facilities. Duties include enforcing pool rules and regulations, promptly responding to emergencies, screening participants, and collaborating with a team of lifeguards during special events.
College Police Officer District-Wide
The work of the commissioned police officer involves responsibility for the protection of life and property, prevention of crime, apprehension of criminals and the general enforcement of laws, ordinances, and College policies. Duties normally consist of routine patrol, preliminary investigation, and traffic regulation. Police officers also may be assigned duties as training officers. Work involves an element of personal danger. The employee must be able to exercise sound independent judgment under stress. Assignments may include work on special tasks, which call upon specialized abilities and knowledge possessed by the officer. Work assignments can be general or specific and instructions are received from a supervisor who reviews work methods and results through reports, personal inspection, and discussion.
Professional Tutor -Dental Hygiene Forest Park Campus
Supports Dental Hygiene students in achieving educational goals by providing professional assistance appropriate to courses.
Child & Family Development Assistant Florissant Valley Campus
This position provides assistance to the full time teachers for the care and education of the children in the classroom and steps in in the absence of full time staff.
Professional Tutor - Nursing and Health Professions District-Wide
Support Nursing and other Health professions students in achieving educational goals by providing tutoring and study strategies appropriate to courses.
Educational Assistant I Florissant Valley Campus
Seeking an individual to serve as a peer mentor and outreach specialist to a minority group of Deaf and hard of hearing students enrolled in the Career and Technical Education programs offered at STLCC.
Educational Assistant II - Access Office District-Wide, Meramec Campus
Participates in designing, delivering, evaluating and improving services to students and faculty in support of the learning programs of the College.
Post Secondary Interpreter (I, II, or III) District-Wide
Interpret in American Sign Language and other sign language modes as required by individual students, and facilitate communication between faculty, staff, and students. There are 3 levels of Interpreter: I Basic, II Advanced, III Master. Placement will be based on Missouri Interpreter Certification. See Required Qualifications for more information.

Participates in providing educational activities, programs, and experience.
Professional Tutor - Writing Center District-Wide
Assist students with writing assignments through one-on-one tutoring sessions in the College Writing Center and online.
Professional Tutor - Reading Florissant Valley Campus
Assist students with Reading and assignments through one-on-one tutoring sessions in the College. The Professional Tutor in Reading will be a Reading Specialist at the secondary level.
Peer Tutor District-Wide

Student Services Assistant I/Biotechnology Student Workplace Learning Florissant Valley Campus
This workplace-based requirement of the Biotechnology AAS program provides the opportunity to apply theory and skills learned in the classroom, learn new skills, and explore career possibilities while supervised by a professional in the field and a faculty member. This position is to collect a pool of applications for Biotechnology Workplace Learning. The actual work location will depend upon the industry placement.
