The IT student worker will provide technical and network problem resolution to end-users (customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. The position requires providing direct technical customer support via telephone, chat, email, remote tools, or in person. Including, but are not limited to, resolving authentication problems, basic software support, verifying proper hardware and software set-up, power cycling, navigating college applications, print related issues, and troubleshooting email issues. Support will be provided in a user-friendly, professional manner. |

Black Male Achievers Academy Peer Mentors are trained in the exciting opportunities St. Louis Community College provides for its students, campus resources, and college policies and procedures. BMAA Peer Mentors will be linked with a group of students they will work with first-year students throughout the duration of the Black Male Achievers Academy. The BMAA Peer Mentors will assist the students to ensure they are finding their way to academic success at STLCC. Through one-on-one and group interactions, BMAA Peer Mentors will have the opportunity to share what they know about being a successful student, provide access to people and resources, and ultimately a role model and advocate. |

As a Federal work-study student you will be in a supportive role providing assistance as needed depending on the assigned department. These jobs are considered financial assistance and have limited funding. Students who have not completed the FAFSA and enrolled cannot be reviewed for eligibility or placement. Eligible candidates will be hired on a first-come first serve basis and requires all documentation listed on Banner Self-Service be turned into financial aid. There are a variety of departments to choose within the college. |
