Provides efficient secretarial support, reception, and communications services
Primary Duties Performed:
Types and edits departmental material, prepares necessary pay documents and forms, maintains appointments and meeting calendars, answers phone calls, screens and refers calls and takes messages, provides appropriate information. Types correspondence, assembles, and prepares reports. Maintains extensive, confidential records.
High school diploma, 2 years of full-time experience in a related field, proficiency in MS word, experience working in a diverse environment.
