Senior Associate, Business Services Forest Park Campus
The Senior Associate, Business Services performs duties necessary to provide an effective operation of Campus business office, serving as a resource person for providing quality customer service to college employees and/or students. PRIMARY DUTIES PERFORMED: • Assists in providing purchasing services, including processing requisitions, issuing, reviewing, completing, and maintaining purchase orders and affiliated paperwork/records • Reviews supporting documentation, mathematical correctness, and completeness of personnel assignments and payroll documents, resolving payroll-related problems • Reviews employee reimbursement requests for policy compliance, budget availability, supporting documentation, and mathematical calculations, processing and reconciling local and non-local travel reports • Maintain the Cashier’s office, telephone operator’s office, and mailroom as needed • Additional duties as assigned Skills: • Knowledgeable in reviewing employee reimbursement requests and reconciling travel reports • Proficient in processing requisitions, purchase orders, and maintaining affiliated records • Skilled in reviewing and resolving payroll-related problems and distributing payroll documents • Adept at providing customer service QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years of full-time related experience • Preferred: Associate degree in a related field with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant full-time experience PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Negligible WORKING CONDITIONS: • Generally works in an office environment
Online Only Adjunct - Mathematics District-Wide
An Online Adjunct Instructor is responsible for teaching contracted course(s) in accordance with St. Louis Community College (STLCC) curriculum requirements and meeting STLCC Standards and Mission. In addition, the Online Adjunct Instructor is contracted to teach and facilitate a meaningful learning experience of the course competencies in the curriculum, proactively supporting all facets of STLCC mission, and working with key members of the academic team to support student success. The TRIO Program Assistant is responsible for providing clerical, administrative, and project support to the TRIO department. They maintain a current knowledge of appropriate TRIO policies, processes, and procedures to assure efficiency and integrity of the office. Supervisor - College Prep Forest Park Campus
The Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing the College Prep program on the Forest Park campus. STLCC is seeking Childcare Teachers for the Florissant Valley campus. Performs duties necessary to develop and implement learning opportunities for children ages 6 weeks to Pre-K. Train and supervise college students while providing on-site instruction; assist college students to achieve educational objectives referred by the academic departments (specifically Child and Family Development). Provide support and constant communication with families and college students promoting successful outcomes.
