Enrollment Services Counselor I South County Campus
The Student Enrollment Specialist is the point of contact to current and prospective students on a wide range of services on all programs and courses offered by the College. Provides information and appropriate services for current and prospective students throughout the enrollment and registration process, including admissions, placement testing, applying for financial aid, advising, and registration. Operating under best practices from national organizations such as NACAC and NAFSAA the Enrollment Service Counselor main function is to provide a seamless and integrated levels of service utilizing the CRM Recruit, BANNER, and other systems to assist and document the student’s enrollment path.
Purchasing Manager Corporate College
Performs duties necessary to monitor and coordinate the activities of the purchasing staff. Develops and oversees all tasks necessary to accomplish the College’s purchasing objectives to include; development of RFP, RFQ or RFI to accurately convey College needs to potential vendors; develops appropriate scoring matrix and educates user community on the matrix; negotiates contracts to ensure terms are favorable for the College; maintains College purchasing contracts and manages contract renewals. Serves subject matter expert on governmental purchasing best practices and regulations to ensure appropriate compliance.

Faculty - Radiologic Technology Florissant Valley Campus
The Radiologic Technology program at STLCC is seeking a full-time faculty member to serve on the Florissant Valley campus. This position is a full-time faculty, continuing position, set to begin in Spring 2025. The new hire and assigned rank will depend on the candidate’s qualifications and teaching experience. The new Radiologic Technology faculty member will be expected to teach, mentor students, fulfill administrative duties within the Radiologic Technology program, and serve on departmental and campus committees. They will assist the Radiologic Technology Chair to assure effective program operations, and maintain current knowledge of program/clinical policies, procedures, and student progress. The successful candidate will demonstrate the use of varied teaching techniques that help students develop critical thinking skills and understand the relevance of radiography to the community. The successful candidate will also demonstrate the use of technology in the classroom to improve student learning outcomes and a commitment to classroom assessment.

Manager, TRIO (Student Support Services) Florissant Valley Campus
Provides leadership, planning, and supervision to the federally funded TRIO Student Support Services program, a federally funded grant designed to support low income, first generation, and students with disabilities in reaching their academic goals including college persistence and graduation. Plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate program services and activities to ensure grant objectives are being met. Oversee TRIO Student Support Services project for continuous improvement. Manage identification, selection, assessment, and notification process for student participants. Plans and conducts retention-directed activities and events including Peer Mentoring and Peer Tutoring programming. Plans and coordinates promotion of the program to a variety of stake holders. Coordinate with college departments including purchasing, finance and accounting, human resources, marketing and information to ensure that program goals are met. Ensure the fulfillment of grant objectives, prepare and submit Annual Performance Reports to U.S. Department of Education, and develop regular reports for District Director of TRIO Programs. Program liaison to TRIO conferences, trainings, US Department of Education Program Officer, campus committees and meetings. Perform any other duties as required in fulfillment of the project.
Student Activities Assistant II, TRIO Upward Bound Forest Park Campus
The TRIO Student Activities Assistant is responsible for providing clerical, administrative, and project support to the TRIO department. They maintain a current knowledge of appropriate college and academic policies, processes, and procedures to assure efficiency and integrity of the office. The Student Activities Assistant manages front desk operations, performs word processing, maintains databases and files, tracks data, budgets, and expenditures, schedules appointments, orders supplies and equipment, processes the mail, answers the phone, compiles information for reports, and provides information about TRIO student programs and events.

Faculty - Health Information Management Forest Park Campus
Faculty are members of the certificated staff, including department chairs, who are assigned for instruction, student services or instructional resources for not less than 50% of their total assignment. Faculty load involves the sum of all activities in which a College teacher is expected to be engaged that are related to professional duties and responsibilities. Faculty are expected to remain current with their instructional fields or disciplines through a planned program of professional development activities and to update and revise their course outlines and materials to reflect changes in content and/or methodology.
