Senior Program Manager Corporate College
This Senior Program Manager role in the Workforce Solutions Group focuses on short-term training programs related to transportation (ex. CDL truck driving), environmental, and /or solar jobs. This position includes the following activities and responsibilities: manages all aspects of project(s) involving substantial allocations of resources including personnel, capital and/or facilities in order to meet assigned goals; serves as the primary contact with internal project team, external partners, project evaluators and funding agencies; participates in the development of proposals, grant applications, contracts, memoranda of understanding and modifications as needed; develops and manages work plans and timelines; develops, monitors and adjusts project budget as needed; determines program staffing; recruits, screens, hires and evaluates project staff; manages the outreach, recruitment, assessment and selection of project participants; prepares and submits progress reports as required; performs normal supervisory functions. Educational Assistant II - Life Sciences Florissant Valley Campus
The Educational Assistant II will work as a lab tech in the STLCC Center for Plant and Life Sciences (CPLS) to support the senior scientist, lab manager, and other staff with the biotechnology program and Bio-Bench CRO. Instructor II / Assistant Professor - History Forest Park Campus
The Social Science-Humanities Department at STLCC-Forest Park is seeking a full time History Faculty member to begin August 2023. Preference will be given to candidates with community college experience teaching African-American History, American History survey courses, and African History. The new History faculty member will be expected to teach, mentor students, fulfill some administrative duties within the Social Science-Humanities Department, and serve on campus committees. The successful candidate will demonstrate the use of technology in the classroom to improve student learning outcomes and a commitment to classroom assessment. Career and Technical Education Specialist District-Wide
Under the direction of the supervisor, the Career and Technical Education Specialist performs all duties necessary to plan, coordinate, and integrate activities associated with retention and completion for Career and Technical Education (CTE) students across the district. In coordination with assigned academic departments and the College Registrar’s office, the specialist is also responsible for advising and assisting with semester course scheduling to promote student persistence and completion. This is a grant-funded position under the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Grant.
Counselor, TRIO Upward Bound Forest Park Campus
Serves students in the TRIO Upward Bound program, a federally funded grant designed to support limited income and potentially first-generation students in reaching their academic goals including high school and college graduation. Upward Bound Counselors work in area high schools and provide advising and mentoring, assist in course selection, assist students and families in applying for federal financial aid and scholarships, and assist students in identifying and applying to post-secondary institutions. Counselors also plan and implement cultural enrichment activities, college tours, Saturday classes, and organize a six-week summer program.
Child & Family Development Specialist II Florissant Valley Campus
This position is essential to make the ratio needed in an early childhood classroom. This classroom is a laboratory for the Early Childhood Education department. Child and Family Development Specialists are the leads in the Child Development Laboratory Center who run the classrooms and mentor/coach the students in the Child and Family Development program. They also assist administration and faculty in the facilitation of the CFD program.
Cook - Child and Development Center Florissant Valley Campus
The Cook, CDLC, is responsible for the management of the kitchen, which is an integral part of the CDLC, and has impact on maintaining the requirements and standards that are mandated by licensing and accreditation agencies. This person is responsible for understanding and implementing most aspects of the federal food program (CACFP), planning and preparing meals, ordering food and supplies, and maintaining a safe environment for food preparation, storage, and dissemination. There are two positions for this posting; one will be housed at the Florissant Valley campus and one will be housed at the Forest Park campus. Until the Forest Park campus location opens, the individual will report to the Florissant Valley campus.
District Coordinator, College Communications Corporate College, District-Wide
Performs duties necessary to create effective communication campaigns that align and engage internal and external constituents with the College’s vision and strategic direction, specifically the STLCC Transformed initiative. In collaboration with the district communications manager, this position facilitates a strong sense of community through a mixture of internal and external communications, employee engagement and “corporate” responsibility and accountability. Regularly consults with the district communications manager, Executive Director of Marketing and Communications, and other members of the College’s leadership team to determine effective internal and external communication campaign strategies.

IT Business Analyst- Workforce Solutions Group Corporate College
Under general direction, performs duties necessary to design, develop and implement moderately difficult processes and changes to processes that require some latitude for decisions. Assignments may include, but are not limited to, consulting with users, participating in analysis of user requests, evaluating software packages and testing and implementing mandated legal, procedural and policy changes. Assess technologies that integrate with the information system to create ideal end products and carry out tests which may involve using end users to help identify bugs and malfunctions. Creates and develops code for software which is reviewed and updated as time goes on.
