The TRIO Program Assistant is responsible for providing clerical, administrative, and project support to the TRIO department. They maintain a current knowledge of appropriate TRIO policies, processes, and procedures to assure efficiency and integrity of the office. They maintain student files as well as records of student and program services. The Program Assistant also manages Blumen data entry, oversees front desk operations, tracks data, submits requisitions, tracks expenditures, schedules appointments, orders supplies and equipment, processes the mail, answers the phone, compiles information for reports, and provides information about TRIO student programs and events. |
