The basics of this position:

Performs duties necessary to provide support for Physical Education and Athletics and supervision of Physical Education and Athletic facilities. Works closely with the Facilities Supervisor to meet the needs of the athletics program.

What you'll do:

  • • Provides effective utilization of space (indoor and outdoor) and equipment including coordination of sport facilities; ensures a functional environment; prepares physical education stations; maintains equipment; provides equipment and supplies for athletic contests; responsible for home game management.
    • Monitors and maintains safe environment in Physical Education and Athletic venues to include safety checks of entire facility regularly thorough the shift.
    • Responsible for opening and closing of the facility which includes a security check to make sure the facility is clear of all personnel before leaving.
    • Monitors and maintains fitness and athletic equipment which includes cleaning exercise equipment prior to and after use by faculty, staff and students.
    • Performs normal supervisory functions for student workers if any.
    • Must be able to work unsupervised during the evenings and weekends.
    • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Education, experience, and other requirements:

• High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two (2) years in Customer Service experience, preferred.
