The primary location will be at the Forest Park campus, but the position may require assignments at other college campus locations as well. Preference will be given to those with community college experience in teaching English to adult multi-lingual learners. The desired candidate will have a Master’s degree or higher in TESOL, TESL, Applied Linguistics or a related field. The desired candidate will be confident using technology and practice a variety of teaching techniques. The new faculty member will have experience teaching academic writing at several precollege levels, low intermediate to advanced grammar, and pronunciation/speaking and listening classes. The successful candidate will be able to meet students where they are and guide them to the next level of English instruction in all four skill areas. |

This position plays a vital role in maintaining the campus computer lab, including equipment upkeep, inventory management, and ensuring smooth lab operations. The Radiologic Technology program at STLCC is seeking a full-time faculty member to serve on the Florissant Valley campus. This position is a full-time faculty, continuing position, set to begin in Spring 2025. The new hire and assigned rank will depend on the candidate’s qualifications and teaching experience. The new Radiologic Technology faculty member will be expected to teach, mentor students, fulfill administrative duties within the Radiologic Technology program, and serve on departmental and campus committees. They will assist the Radiologic Technology Chair to assure effective program operations, and maintain current knowledge of program/clinical policies, procedures, and student progress. The successful candidate will demonstrate the use of varied teaching techniques that help students develop critical thinking skills and understand the relevance of radiography to the community.
