Faculty - English District-Wide
***THIS IS AN IN-PERSON, ONSITE POSITION LOCATED IN ST. LOUIS, MO*** St. Louis Community College is hiring three full-time faculty members for the English Department, with appointments beginning in Fall 2025. These are continuing faculty positions.  One position is based at the Forest Park campus.  Two positions are at the Meramec campus, with one of these involving a split teaching assignment at the South County satellite location. Teaching responsibilities may include day, evening, and weekend courses as well as online, hybrid, and live virtual lecture formats. In addition to classroom responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to engage in departmental, campus, and college-wide committees and activities. Candidates are eligible for medical benefits and will take part in the PSRS Retirement Program.
Enrollment Services Counselor I Forest Park Campus
The Enrollment Services Counselor I is the primary point of contact for current and prospective students, providing comprehensive support throughout the enrollment and registration process, including admissions, placement testing, financial aid, advising, and class registration, while utilizing systems like CRM Recruit and BANNER to ensure seamless service and documentation.
Clerk, Distribution/Mail Corporate College
Part-time Mailroom Distribution clerk receives mail and packages at the STLCC Corporate College and distributes mail and packages to offices at the Corporate College.
Counselor Forest Park Campus
Provide direct psychological counseling services to St. Louis Community College students focusing on short-term (and in limited cases longer term) individual and group mental health interventions, crisis interventions, and collaborative referrals to campus and community partners that promote student success and retention. Primary areas of intervention include, but are not limited to: anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, stress, suicidality, and surviving trauma. In addition to providing a variety of individualized clinical mental health services for college students, Counselors also provide mental health consultation, training, outreach, and educational workshops for students, faculty, and staff. Counselors are expected to work within the ethical guidelines of the American Counseling Association and applicable Missouri statutes and remain current in their licensure and counseling skills through an intentional program of professional development activities.
Student Worker-Photography Florissant Valley Campus
Student worker to assist students processing their film and working in the darkroom. Responsible for mixing and setting up chemistry before class. Checking out cameras and equipment. Other lab duties as assigned.
Childcare Teacher I & II Forest Park Campus
The CDLC at Forest Park is hiring for Childcare Teacher I (requires Associates Degree) and Teacher II (requires Bachelors Degree). This position performs duties necessary to teach and care for infant through Pre-K children and provide support and constant communication with families. Performs duties necessary to train and supervise college students while providing on-site instruction; assist college students to achieve educational objectives referred by the academic departments (specifically Child and Family Development).Performs duties necessary to develop and implement learning opportunities for children ages 6 weeks to Pre-K. Associate - Campus Store Forest Park Campus, District-Wide
This position involves working at the STLCC Forest Park campus store as a Part-time campus store sales associate. *Looking for Monday, Thursday and Friday availability between the hours of 8:45am-4:15pm.
Associate, Library Florissant Valley Campus

Specialist, Contract & Budget Forest Park Campus

Administrator, Oracle & Database Systems Corporate College
Performs duties necessary to administer and coordinate the institution’s enterprise relational database management systems. Duties include administering Oracle database systems, systems security, system performance monitoring and tuning, establish operational standards, and recommend hardware and software upgrades. Monitors industry trends in database computing, recommending investigation and possible acquisition of relevant technologies identified as strategic priorities. Serves as a specialized technical consultant to the technology support staff.
Coordinator - Program & Compliance (Child and Family Development Center) District-Wide
The Program and Compliance Coordinator, CDLC (PCC), performs duties necessary to assist the director, manager(s), and assistant manager(s) in administering the licensing and accreditation guidelines necessary to maintain the Child Development Laboratory Centers of STLCC. The PCC prepares and maintains reports and health records for college, local, state, and federal requirements; provides documentation related to the health and safety of the children in the center; maintains professional development records for staff; and provides additional support to the director related to compliance. The PCC may serve as the manager on duty in the absence of the director, manager, or assistant manager at the CDLC.
Designer, Costume Florissant Valley Campus
Research and designs costumes and accessories; borrows, builds, and alters necessary items for costuming of theatrical productions, provides training for wardrobe assistants, maintains system for organizing costumes, accessories and costume shop; monitors budget. May also work with make-up and wigs. Trains student workers and volunteers as needed to assist in productions.
Part Time-Clerk (The Scene Student Newspaper) Forest Park Campus
Performs administrative duties of moderate complexity. The clerical position at The Scene student newspaper is a 10 to15 hours a week, part-time temporary position. The clerk is primarily responsible for connecting with advertisers, receiving and proofreading ads, uploading website content, and preparing production schedules. They are also responsible for coordinating with the advisers and department chair to ensure scholarship and pay disbursements are completed accurately. In addition to the above mentioned duties, the clerk will also maintain the office space by holding set office hours, answering and returning e-mail and phone messages, and maintaining the appropriate files. Lastly, the clerk will ensure the newspapers are delivered throughout campus, coordinate specific events as discussed with the advisers, and contribute stories and photos when needed.
Supervisor, Academic Success & Tutoring (STEM) Forest Park Campus
The Supervisor, Academic Success & Tutoring will recruit, hire, and supervise tutors for the specified campus or district including scheduling, timekeeping, evaluation, and training. The Supervisor will track and report on student use of services and ensure tutor availability to meet the demands of the students. This position will assist the Manager, Academic Success & Tutoring with resolution of student issues. Additionally, the Supervisor will serve as a tutor for a minimum of 5 hours per week and as needed serve as a representative on Course of Record or other course development projects to provide expertise in Academic Success & Tutoring supplemental content. This position collaborates with the Academic Success & Tutoring Manager to develop, propose, and manage budget requirements for the Academic Success & Tutoring Manager.
Assistant Cook Florissant Valley Campus
This position provides assistance to the full-time cook in the preparation, cooking, and serving of food to the children and in filling food carts and washing/sanitizing the dishes. This person also steps in in the absence of the full-time cook.
Secretary - Nursing Department Meramec Campus

Online Only Adjunct - Communications District-Wide
An Online Adjunct Instructor is responsible for teaching contracted course(s) in accordance with St. Louis Community College (STLCC) curriculum requirements and meeting STLCC Standards and Mission. In addition, the Online Adjunct Instructor is contracted to teach and facilitate a meaningful learning experience of the course competencies in the curriculum, proactively supporting all facets of STLCC mission, and working with key members of the academic team to support student success. An Online Adjunct Instructor is responsible for fostering and encouraging an online culture of learning through appropriate distance delivery mechanisms.

The Radiologic Technology (Clinical Instructor) Florissant Valley Campus
The Radiologic Technology (Clinical Instructor) program at STLCC is seeking a full-time faculty member to serve on the Florissant Valley campus. This position is a full-time faculty, continuing position, set to begin in Fall 2025. The new hire and assigned rank will depend on the candidate’s qualifications and teaching experience. The new Radiologic Technology faculty member will be expected to teach, mentor students, fulfill administrative duties within the Radiologic Technology program, and serve on departmental and campus committees. They will assist the Radiologic Technology Chair to assure effective program operations, and maintain current knowledge of program/clinical policies, procedures, and student progress. The successful candidate will demonstrate the use of varied teaching techniques that help students develop critical thinking skills and understand the relevance of radiography to the community. The successful candidate will also demonstrate the use of technology in the classroom to improve student learning outcomes and a commitment to classroom assessment.
