District-Wide Financial Aid Processing Spec II District-Wide
The District Processing Specialist II is responsible for processing all Federal, state, and institutional aid, including Federal Pell Grants, Supplemental Opportunity Grants, Federal Direct Student Loans, Missouri A-Plus, Missouri Access, Bright Flight Grants, Foundation Scholarships, and institutional scholarships. They must be knowledgeable about regulations and work closely with District Financial Aid Managers and the Director to ensure accurate, timely processing. They review student academic progress to determine eligibility for financial aid, meet processing times, assist in student appeals, and resolve over awards. They review student applications for potential conflicting information, approve student financial aid eligibility based on the BANNER system, and communicate with lender personnel, secondary markets, guarantee agencies, and other schools to determine eligibility. As a District-wide Processing Specialist II, they will also be part of the Student Affairs Communication team for financial aid, which may require additional training and certifications.
Enrollment Services Counselor II Meramec Campus
The Student Enrollment Specialist is the point of contact to current and prospective students on a wide range of services on all programs and courses offered by the College. Provides information and appropriate services for current and prospective students throughout the enrollment and registration process, including admissions, placement testing, applying for financial aid, advising, and registration. Operating under best practices from national organizations such as NACAC and NAFSAA the Enrollment Service Counselor main function is to provide a seamless and integrated levels of service utilizing the CRM Recruit, BANNER, and other systems to assist and document the student’s enrollment path.

Academic Success & Tutoring MetaMajor Manager Wildwood Campus
The AS&T MetaMajor Manager researches, develops, and facilitates high quality tutoring experiences for students in their assigned MetaMajor districtwide. The MetaMajor Manager will work closely with academic leadership and faculty to proactively provide academic support and host events designed to increase student engagement and success in the classroom. This position will provide leadership to supervisor/coordinators across the district and assist in the recruitment and training of tutors. The MetaMajor manager is responsible for developing and managing a budget to support the MetaMajor districtwide and for collaborating with other MetaMajor Managers to facilitate the development and management of a districtwide budget for collaborative events. Enrollment Operation Manager Forest Park Campus
Provides leadership and management to ensure the entire enrollment operations process functions effectively and works in support of and successfully meets the goals and needs of campus Enrollment Services staff. Serves as the expert for the enrollment operations area. The operations area is responsible for processing all credit applications (degree-seeking and non-degree-seeking) for admission, data-entry of high school and college transcripts, and processing any updates to a student’s record (i.e., data corrections, Student Type Changes, Regular Student Status Corrections etc.) Serves as the district-wide expert in enrollment operations with oversight of all admission processes in Banner and the document imaging system (BDM). Responsible for evaluating and recommending new technologies to improve the functions and efficiencies of the operations area in collaboration with the Registrar's office.
