The Contract and Budget Specialist is responsible for coordinating contract documents and monitoring budget information on projects. This role involves maintaining regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project accuracy and compliance.
Manager, Child Development Learning Center Forest Park Campus
The Manager, CDLC, is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of the center; supervises and coaches the professional staff; ensures the building and grounds of the center meet all licensing and accreditation standards; ensures center teachers and appropriately prepared and provide fulfilling experiences for all of the children within their care; provides budgetary information to the director; and provides additional support for the director as needed.
Coordinator, Student Retention Programs Forest Park Campus
The Coordinator, Student Retention Programs will be part of a dynamic and visionary team of leaders in the division of Student Affairs. The Coordinator will provide inclusive, growth mindset leadership, innovative vision, and a commitment to key programs in the division, as well as retention and completion goals/initiatives with all constituents throughout the College. The ideal candidate is someone with positive and productive experience working with colleagues to design, implement, and assess successful retention programs. In addition to being knowledgeable about the goals and metrics outlined for retention, progression, and equity as detailed in the College's Strategic Plan, 2021-2023 the ideal candidate will be ready to scale up successful programs already in place. With research and data, the ideal candidate will be able to propose programming that will increase our students' completion, understanding that a large percentage of our students are part-time. This position will promote, coordinate, and manage the Black Male Achievers Academy.
Stationary Engineer Forest Park Campus
Performs duties necessary to maintain and repair all power plant, field, and HVAC equipment, including the building automation system (BAS); completes daily and substation log sheets; makes daily rounds to check power center and conduct general safety checks.

There is a responsibility to assist in food preparation, set up carts, provide meal delivery, wash dishes, and maintain storage. This position involves an understanding of food service and sanitation as it applies to licensing requirements and accreditation standards.
Specialist, Content Corporate College
The Specialist, Content will serve as a writer and editor of editorial content for newsletters, press releases, brochures and web articles. The position will also prepare all staff and student recognition materials for monthly meetings of the STLCC Board of Trustees. The Specialist, Content will be a member of the Marketing & Communications Department, working with everyone on the team fulfilling various functions. They will also interact with other College staff, faculty and students for writing assignments.
TRIO Talent Search Advisor Forest Park Campus
Serves students in the TRIO Talent Search program, a federally funded grant that assists underrepresented middle and high school students graduate from high school and enroll in post-secondary education. Assist individuals who have not completed high school or college to reenter and complete secondary and postsecondary education. Talent Search Advisors work in area middle and high schools and provide advising and mentoring, assist in course selection, assist students and families in applying for federal financial aid and scholarships, and assist students in identifying and applying to post-secondary institutions. Advisors also plan and implement cultural enrichment activities, college tours, organize the summer program and implement special activities for sixth, seventh, and eighth graders.
Campus Marketing & Comm Coordinator Wildwood Campus
The campus marketing and communications coordinator will serve as the campus marketing and communications liaison and be responsible for coordinating all campus marketing, communications, public relations, and more, working with the appropriate district marketing and communications department members. The position will also coordinate and support the marketing and communications needs for the academic programs across the district that are under the leadership of their campus deans. The campus marketing and communications coordinator will report to the communications manager with a dotted line to the campus president. The campus marketing and communications coordinator will identify and develop news and feature stories, writing for collateral, presentations, and speeches, coordinate photography and video efforts, and coordinate with the district to market programs and communicate campus events.
Adjunct Faculty- Communications Meramec Campus
This position will be for face-to-face classes at the Meramec campus. Classes could be in the daytime and/or evening. Instructors should be able to teach Oral Communication, Public Speaking, and Interpersonal Communication.
Senior Project Associate II - Health Sciences Retention Coach Forest Park Campus
**This position will be located at the Forest Park Campus** The goal of the Health Sciences Retention Coach is to develop and implement successful retention strategies for health science program students using a systemic approach focusing on social and academic barriers of the student, incorporating various systems within the STLCC network as well as the community. Creating and implementing a culture that focuses on equity, diversity and inclusion is an integral part of achieving a quality health science program that will have a positive impact on the community in which those graduates will serve. Health Science Retention Coaches not only support and advocate for students but identify issues that may complicate learning by collecting data that can be analyzed for possible barriers that may affect student retention. Then analyzed data can be used to recommend strategies to minimize barriers.
Director, Community Outreach & External Programs Harrison Education Center
This position is responsible for enhancing STLCC’s visibility among external community constituents and connects these groups with our faculty/staff, programs, and resources. Performs duties necessary to direct the overall functioning of the Harrison Education Center. Serves as liaison between Center and Forest Park Campus: administers and oversees grants and partnerships for the Center and Forest Park campus. Supports business partnership opportunities and fundraising for the Center. Develops with Forest Park Deans and Department Chairs new and current program offerings. Performs normal supervisory functions.
