Senior Project Associate II - Health Sciences Retention Coach District-Wide
**This position will serve the district-wide Health Sciences Division** The goal of the Health Sciences Retention Coach is to develop and implement successful retention strategies for health science program students using a systemic approach focusing on social and academic barriers of the student, incorporating various systems within the STLCC network as well as the community. Creating and implementing a culture that focuses on equity, diversity and inclusion is an integral part of achieving a quality health science program that will have a positive impact on the community in which those graduates will serve. Health Science Retention Coaches not only support and advocate for students but identify issues that may complicate learning by collecting data that can be analyzed for possible barriers that may affect student retention. Then analyzed data can be used to recommend strategies to minimize barriers.
Student Worker (Theatre) Florissant Valley Campus
*Must be a current STLCC Student* Student Worker (Theatre) will assist the Theatre Staff working to ensure successful theatre productions & theatre building operations, by assisting in building scenery, painting scenery, hanging lighting instruments, cleaning and costuming.

Faculty - Communications Wildwood Campus
***This is an onsite position located in the St. Louis, Missouri area. Candidates should apply only if they are able to be physically present and available to work onsite by the start date*** The Communications, Design and Creative Arts School/Division at STLCC is seeking a full-time one-year temporary Communications Faculty member to begin teaching late start Fall 2025 (9-22-2025). In addition to teaching communications courses, preference will be given to candidates with community college experience and the ability to also teach theater or mass communications survey courses. The new communications faculty member's home campus will be Wildwood but will be considered district wide faculty and will be expected to teach at any STLCC campus, as needed. The successful candidate will demonstrate the use of technology in the classroom to improve student learning outcomes and a commitment to classroom assessment. The successful candidate will also demonstrate the use of varied teaching techniques.

This position will serve in the Science Department teaching Introductory Biology or Anatomy and Physiology courses. The successful candidates will teach lecture and laboratory classes to a diverse group of students in face-to-face and hybrid formats. Coordinator, Advanced Manufacturing Center Laboratory Florissant Valley Campus
The Coordinator, Advanced Manufacturing Center Laboratory, supports the daily operations and instructional quality of the academic programs offered within the Advanced Manufacturing Center. This position is responsible for ensuring alignment with industry standards and safety protocols by providing training and written materials; assisting faculty in advanced manufacturing labs before, during, and after lab sessions; submitting orders for supplies, materials, and equipment needed within the labs; repairing or researching repair needs for equipment; supporting events, tours, or community groups as needed; providing information needed for new equipment; completing inventory requirements; and being responsible for hazardous waste. The role involves close coordination with the Engineering Technology academic department, facilities team, Workforce Solution Group, and safety department.
Lab Supervisor - TRIO Student Support Services - Florissant Valley Florissant Valley Campus
Supervises TRIO student workers including Peer Leaders, Mentors and Academic Coaches. Develops and facilitates student worker training, observes mentoring & tutoring sessions, and provides feedback to student workers. Creates a student-centered atmosphere in the lab by ensuring students are provided tutoring and mentoring in a friendly and effective manner. Performs administrative duties necessary to ensure exceptional student services and supports a diverse range of TRIO program events at the campus level. Enters requisitions, reviews timesheets, and assists with TRIO record keeping.

Healthcare Instructor - Centralized Telemetry Monitor Tech Training Forest Park Campus
Workforce Solutions Group (WSG) division is in need of a Part-time Instructor to instruct course material related to the Centralized Telemetry Monitor Technician healthcare training program. Instructional hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm and include lecture and skills lab instruction. Instructors hours are flexible and can vary from 8 hours to 30 hours weekly. Training occurs at Forest Park or William J. Harrison Education Center.

LOUIS, MO & OPEN TO CURRENT ADJUNCTS ONLY*** St. Louis Community College is hiring a full-time, temporary, faculty member for the English Department, with appointment beginning in Fall 2025. This temporary faculty position will be available for the 2025- 2026 academic year. The position will be based at the Meramec campus and potentially have assignments at other College locations as needed. Teaching responsibilities may include day, evening, and weekend courses as well as online, hybrid, and live virtual lecture formats. In addition to classroom responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to engage in departmental activities. Candidate will support ENG 079/ENG 101 co-requisite class students.
