Adjunct Faculty- Surgical Technology Forest Park Campus
The Surgical Technology department at STLCC is seeking qualified candidates for a part-time adjunct position for our Associate Degree Program. This adjunct member may be responsible for laboratory, clinical, and lecture coordination as assigned.
Process Analyst Corporate College
The Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and improving processes across the college, in alignment with the Saint Louis Community College Process Framework. The role involves identifying inefficiencies, engaging Process Stewards and subject matter experts, recommending improvements, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement solutions to optimize operational processes and workflows. The Process Analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to support the college’s operational and performance processes, ensuring delivery of high-quality education and services to students, faculty, and employees.
Project Manager Corporate College
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing a range of projects across the college’s processes and functional areas. While this role has the potential to manage technical projects, it is not a technical role. Most projects will focus on operations, processes, and academic products and services. The Project Manager collaborates with various college departments, employees, and faculty to ensure that projects align with institutional goals and are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager is responsible for maintaining project quality and achieving successful outcomes.
Online Only Adjunct - Chemistry District-Wide
An Online Adjunct Instructor is responsible for teaching contracted course(s) in accordance with St. Louis Community College (STLCC) curriculum requirements and meeting STLCC Standards and Mission. In addition, the Online Adjunct Instructor is contracted to teach and facilitate a meaningful learning experience of the course competencies in the curriculum, proactively supporting all facets of STLCC mission, and working with key members of the academic team to support student success. An Online Adjunct Instructor is responsible for fostering and encouraging an online culture of learning through appropriate distance delivery mechanisms.
Faculty - Health Information Management Forest Park Campus
Faculty are members of the certificated staff, including department chairs, who are assigned for instruction, student services or instructional resources for not less than 50% of their total assignment. Faculty load involves the sum of all activities in which a College teacher is expected to be engaged that are related to professional duties and responsibilities. Faculty are expected to remain current with their instructional fields or disciplines through a planned program of professional development activities and to update and revise their course outlines and materials to reflect changes in content and/or methodology.
Lead, Horticulture Meramec Campus
Leads the horticultural team in creating and actively managing the exterior gardens and labs for student use. Works directly with students to accomplish short-term and long-term goals related to his/her education. Develops, maintains, and promotes positive and professional relationships with internal staff, students, volunteers, vendors, contractors, and the general public. Plans, assigns, and directs work, using effective forecasting and scheduling tools to ensure staff productivity and motivation. Displays flexibility and is able to adapt to changes in class schedules, weather, available resources, personnel schedules, garden priorities, and instructors.
Executive Assistant- IT Department Corporate College
Performs duties necessary to act as the primary point of contact, under limited supervision, providing operational coordination, administrative support, and project management to the Campus President/Vice Chancellor in a multi-faceted operation involving multiple levels of staff and contacts inside and outside the area of assignment/campus. Oversees the day-today administrative and secretarial activities of the office to include those requiring discretion and independent judgment in matters of significance.
College Prep Supervisor Forest Park Campus
The Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing the College Prep program on the Forest Park campus. Responsibilities include recruiting, scheduling, training, and supervising tutors, and promoting the program through internal and external presentations. Collaborating closely with the District Manager, this role will also involve policy implementation. Additionally, the Supervisor will serve as a tutor in one of the core subject areas (Math, Reading, and/or English), directly assisting students with onboarding, evaluation, tutoring, and program completion. Furthermore, the Supervisor will advocate for underprepared/underrepresented student populations and collaborate with faculty to enhance student readiness for college-level coursework in math, reading, and English.

The Associate, Library performs duties necessary to provide an excellent experience for library users, including interacting with students, staff, faculty, and public community users, and may order, receive, and process library materials.
Adjunct Faculty - Graphic Communications Florissant Valley Campus

Supervises TRIO student workers including Peer Leaders, Mentors and Academic Coaches. Develops and facilitates student worker training, observes mentoring & tutoring sessions, and provides feedback to student workers. Creates a student-centered atmosphere in the lab by ensuring students are provided tutoring and mentoring in a friendly and effective manner. Performs administrative duties necessary to ensure exceptional student services and supports a diverse range of TRIO program events at the campus level. Enters requisitions, reviews timesheets, and assists with TRIO record keeping.
Adjunct Faculty - Physical Therapist Assistant Forest Park Campus
This position is for a Physical Therapy course coordinator and will entail preparing, managing, and delivering course content to achieve course objectives, accommodate diverse learning styles, and meet administrative requirements.
Student Worker-Photography Lab Forest Park Campus
This student worker position assists students processing film and working in the darkroom. The position is responsible for mixing and setting up chemistry before class, and checking out cameras and equipment. The position may perform other lab duties as assigned by faculty.
Specialist, IT Business Corporate College
Performs duties necessary to provide effective finance operations for the Information Technology Department. Serves as a resource person for Purchasing and adherence to Board policies and procedures. Provides quality customer service to Information Technology staff and college employees and/or students by answering questions and assisting in the resolution of problems regarding College finance business operations.
