Accounting Specialist Corporate College
The Accounting Specialist works in the Bursar's office to ensure the accurate recording and reconciliation of all funds, incoming and outgoing, for the College. Will work closely with our Student Accounts, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Accounting teams as well as the campus Business Offices and Bookstores. This position may require communication with agencies outside of the College as well as students.

Performs duties necessary to verbally communicate and monitor campus radio assignments; performs written communications involving but not limited to CAD entries for report and activity retention; processes criminal histories, traffic violations and vehicle registrations
Enrollment Processing Specialist Meramec Campus
This position serves as a member of a cross-functional enrollment processing team. Primarily located at the Meramec campus. While it may be assigned specific day-to-day processing duties, the expectation of this position is to be skilled in the ability to perform all basic enrollment processes necessary to support the admission, registration, and retention of students through completion of educational goals. Responsible for interacting with students, staff, faculty and public in a pleasant, tactful, and courteous manner that represents a student-centered philosophy, supportive of providing an exceptional student experience.
Executive Director of Financial Reporting Corporate College
Performs duties necessary to direct the management of District's Procurements, Payments, General Accounting Staff, and Grant Accounting personnel including responsibility for financial reporting, tax compliance and along with the College Controller, maintenance of the District's automated accounting and budget reporting systems. Provides ongoing reports on the status of actual revenues and expenditures and variances from budget. Performs normal supervisory functions related to fixed asset accounting and provides guidance to accounting and other College personnel regarding Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Oversees the application and implementation of new and revised GASB pronouncements and other promulgated accounting requirements necessary to prepare financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Provides oversight of Grant Accounting submissions to various State and Federal Agencies. Works directly with and coordinates interaction of audit field work with outside auditors. Prepares draft financial footnotes, financial statements, and Management discussion and Analysis for the College’s audited financial statements. Prepares quarterly financial reporting including variance analysis for board presentations. Completes and files all applicable regulatory filings and tax returns of the College and the College foundation.
Counselor, TRIO Upward Bound Forest Park Campus
Serves students in the TRIO Upward Bound program, a federally funded grant designed to support limited income and potentially first-generation students in reaching their academic goals including high school and college graduation. Upward Bound Counselors work in area high schools (Soldan High School, Roosevelt High School & Confluence Prep Academy) and provide advising and mentoring, assist in course selection, assist students and families in applying for federal financial aid and scholarships, and assist students in identifying and applying to post-secondary institutions. Counselors also plan and implement cultural enrichment activities, college tours, Saturday classes, and organize a six-week summer program.
Director of Grants Corporate College
Performs duties necessary to secure external grant funding for the College. Provides direction and leadership districtwide in the acquisition and implementation of grants solicited from federal, state, and local public agencies and appropriate private foundations.Works collaboratively with the STLCC Foundation in securing grants from foundations and corporations. Provides oversight for pre-award activities and post-award compliance; analyzes funding trends and patterns and legislation related to external funding; works with College leadership in cultivating relationships with funders at the national level; and aligns grant acquisition with the College's strategic initiatives
Student Support Specialist Harrison Education Center
Performs duties which assist students in exploring various means of achieving their educational goals: assists students with program planning and course selection; facilitates processing of student financial aid applications; educates students/potential students about College financial aid opportunities; evaluates and advises, and assists students with disabilities in determining needs for the provision of equal access; facilitates communication with faculty and staff and provides support regarding accommodations for students.
Administrative Clerk II Wildwood Campus
Performs administrative duties of moderate complexity. Performs functions of typing, filing, recordkeeping, and answering phones in a department office; orders supplies; may greet students, staff, and visitors. May administer tests and provide technical assistance to program managers.
ERP Application Analyst I Corporate College
Under general direction, performs application installations, upgrades and administration for district wide ERP-application on Linux systems. Primarily responsible to keep the ERP system itself upgraded and current per College needs. Performs upgrades and maintenance of Oracle components of the ERP in all environments including troubleshooting associated problems and enforcing database security practices.
ERP Application Analyst II Corporate College
Under general direction, performs application installations, upgrades and administration for district-wide ERP-related applications on Linux systems. Configures, maintains and troubleshoots multiple applications and their components in all environments. Maintains technical currency for these supported applications.
Student Support Assistant II Forest Park Campus
Performs duties necessary to provide a variety of support and resources services for students utilizing services of the Student Advocacy & Resource Center, which includes the Archers' Market (campus food pantry), clothing closet, and the family resource center in conjunction with Child Care Resource and Referral coordinator. Often serves as the first point of contact for those engaging with the Student Advocacy & Resource Center. May plan, participate, and/or facilitate events. Will assist in management of the Archers' Market including receiving donations and purchases, maintaining and organizing storage and preparation space, and distributing items. Help address the needs of students through referrals to campus and community resources. 
Senior Labor & Employee Relations Specialist Corporate College
Performs duties necessary to support effective labor and employee relations within the District. Provides day-to-day guidance to the College administrators and managers on labor and employee relations matters. Consults Administrative Procedures, Board Policies and Joint Resolutions as references. Assists with intake, investigations and handling of Title IX matters.
Business Services Specialist I Wildwood Campus
Performs duties necessary to provide an effective operation of Campus or Workforce and Community Development (WCD) business office. Serves as campus/WCD resource person for new employee benefit orientations, Help Desk, Banner Finance, Human Resources, Purchasing, Payroll, and adherence to Board policies and procedures. Provides quality customer service to college employees and/or students by answering questions and assisting in the resolution of problems regarding College business operations.
