Executive Director, IT Infra & Tech Services Corporate College
Performs the duties necessary to implement strategies to promote the IT organization’s mission and vision. Directs, develops, and manages the IT infrastructure, support, and operations teams, including the budget and planning processes. Directly manages the Technical Services team, Network Engineering team, and Server Administration team. Creates complete IT business plans for the attainment of goals and objectives set by the Leadership Team (LT). Builds an effective team of leaders by providing guidance and coaching to subordinate managers. Directs IT organizational projects to ensure budget compliance and performance and produces regular reporting to the CIO and College Leadership. Forges and maintains relations of trust with staff, faculty, and external authorities. Devises remedial actions for any identified issues and conducts crisis management when necessary. This position provides district-wide IT operations, financial, budget, vendor and service planning and management for the Information Technology (IT) Department. The executive director routinely interacts with college administrators, faculty members, department chairs, and site-based technology planning groups. The executive director receives broad strategic leadership direction from the CIO.
Enrollment Processing Spec Forest Park Campus
This position serves as a member of a cross-functional enrollment processing team. While it may be assigned specific day-to-day processing duties, the expectation of this position is to be skilled in the ability to perform all basic enrollment processes necessary to support the admission, registration, and retention of students through completion of educational goals. Responsible for interacting with students, staff, faculty and public in a pleasant, tactful, and courteous manner that represents a student-centered philosophy, supportive of providing an exceptional student experience.
Manager, Enrollment Services Wildwood Campus
The Enrollment service team represents the combination of new duties for Admission and Financial aid staff. The Assistant Director of Enrollment Services serves as the campus officer, liaison, and manager for admissions and financial assistance. The Assistant Director provides supervision and management of the Enrollment Service Centers, Welcome desks, Counselors, student workers, and other campus staff. Working under the leadership of the Executive Director and closely with the Associate Director of Enrollment Services this position will create a welcoming environment that is student focused. Operating under best practices from national organizations such as NACAC and NAFSAA the Assistant Director will monitor systems to provide a seamless and integrated levels of service utilizing the CRM Recruit, BANNER, and other systems to assist and document the student’s enrollment path. Working as a part of the enrollment service team to ensures compliance with all required federal, state, and college policies related to the mission and responsibilities of the office at the campus level. The Assistant Director will provide information and appropriate services for current and prospective students throughout the enrollment and registration process, including admissions, placement testing, applying for financial aid, advising, and registration. Collaborates with other departments to ensure that all financial aid processes are following policies, regulations for financial aid awarding, counseling, and record keeping. Educates the campus and community about the financial aid process and opportunities. Conducts workshops and seminars at area high schools for counselor and parents. Serves as the liaison for any other outside organization that will need information about financial assistance.
Enrollment Operation Manager Forest Park Campus
Provides leadership and management to ensure the entire enrollment operations process functions effectively and works in support of and successfully meets the goals and needs of campus Enrollment Services staff. Serves as the expert for the enrollment operations area. The operations area is responsible for processing all credit applications (degree-seeking and non-degree-seeking) for admission, data-entry of high school and college transcripts, and processing any updates to a student’s record (i.e., data corrections, Student Type Changes, Regular Student Status Corrections etc.) Serves as the district-wide expert in enrollment operations with oversight of all admission processes in Banner and the document imaging system (BDM). Responsible for evaluating and recommending new technologies to improve the functions and efficiencies of the operations area in collaboration with the Registrar's office. Responsible for coordinating Enrollment Operations technology needs related to CRM, Banner, and other data management systems; this position works closely with the Student Affairs Information Systems Lead.
Purchasing Manager Corporate College
Performs duties necessary to monitor and coordinate the activities of the purchasing staff. Develops and oversees all tasks necessary to accomplish the College’s purchasing objectives to include; development of RFP, RFQ or RFI to accurately convey College needs to potential vendors; develops appropriate scoring matrix and educates user community on the matrix; negotiates contracts to ensure terms are favorable for the College; maintains College purchasing contracts and manages contract renewals. Serves subject matter expert on governmental purchasing best practices and regulations to ensure appropriate compliance.
